Since graduating with my Pilates Diploma, I have continued learning through mentors and participate in workshops and masterclasses. Currently, I am studying my Advanced Diploma of the Pilates Method.

Apart from running the home studio, I also teach at Align Pilates Studio and Body Centre Pilates. I have previously taught at many other Clinical Pilates studios including Anna Tetlow Pilates, Aligned for Life Pilates (Carlton), On-Core Pilates and Master Pilates.

My studio at home offers an amalgamation of methods taught hands on in a private, relaxing environment.
The Journey
At 17 years of age, I began fulltime ballet training at The Australian Conservatoire of Ballet under the directorship of Christine Walsh. During this time, I gained a deep understanding of body mechanics as I trained vigorously at an elite level. Some highlights include dancing soloist roles at the State Theatre Melbourne in front of sellout crowds. After overtraining and becoming injured I discovered the importance of recovery and functional movement.
Then the Covid pandemic hit, and I was stuck in the Melbourne lockdown. It was during this time my mental and physical health declined. Whilst training at home, I realised that after my Pilates practice, not only did my body thank me, but my nervous system calmed down. It was then that I decided to learn more. So, I enrolled in my Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction at National Pilates Training.
I fell in love with the equipment and the methods! It became clear to me that this was going to be my field of expertise. Since graduating, I have been welcomed to teach across so many beautiful Pilates studios in Melbourne. I was also lucky enough to build up a home studio where I can share my passions with you all. I look forward to growing with my clients in the many years to come.
